Frequently asked questions

How do I contact support?
Email mskerba13@gmail.com. One person reads that inbox, so replies usually land within 24–48 hours on working days. Including your app name, iOS version and a screenshot makes a fix much faster.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Same address — mskerba13@gmail.com. For a bug, tell me what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. Feature requests genuinely shape what gets built next, so send them.
How do I delete my data?
For all three apps, deleting the app removes everything, because everything is stored on your device and nowhere else. There is no account to close and no server-side copy to request the deletion of. If you want that confirmed in writing, email mskerba13@gmail.com with "Data deletion request" in the subject.
Why do the apps ask permission before using AI?
Because the AI features work by sending your input — a photo, some text, or your recipe answers — to a model that runs elsewhere. That is your data leaving your phone, so you get told exactly what is going and to whom, and you get to say no. Decline and the rest of the app keeps working.
Can I use the apps without the AI features?
Partly. The AI is the core of each app, so declining consent means the analysis, drafting or recipe generation will not run. Everything else — settings, saved content, browsing what you already have — continues to work normally.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep premium access until the current period ends.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are issued by Apple rather than by me. Use Apple's "Report a Problem" page or contact Apple Support. If something broke on my side, email mskerba13@gmail.com and I will help you make the case.
Which devices are supported?
These are iPhone apps, distributed through the App Store. Each app's App Store listing shows the minimum iOS version it needs.
An app is crashing or the AI request failed. What now?
Check your connection first, since every AI feature needs one. Then force quit and reopen the app. If it persists, the AI provider may be having an outage — try again shortly, and email mskerba13@gmail.com with your app version if it does not clear.

Still stuck?

Email mskerba13@gmail.com. To get a useful answer on the first reply, include:

  • Which app, and its version number from the App Store listing.
  • Your iPhone model and iOS version.
  • What you were doing when it went wrong.
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if you can.
